  1. Returns and Refunds

At MOSKEYS, we accept returns under specific conditions to ensure customer satisfaction.

1.1 Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The return is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Products that do not qualify for a return include:

  • Customized products or items made to order.
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Clearance sale items or products sold at a discount unless they arrive damaged.

1.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form and further instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Safely pack the product, include a copy of the RMA, and ship it to the provided return address. The shipping cost for returns is borne by the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped by MOSKEYS.

1.3 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the product is not in its original condition, or if parts are missing, we may ship the product back to the customer, depending on the circumstances.

1.4 Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Gift cards, vouchers and coupons.

We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel an order.

2.1 Eligibility for Cancellation

You can cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid dispatch.
  • After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, INR 300 will be charged, INR 200 for shipping and INR 100 for restocking.

2.2 Cancellation Process

To cancel your order:

  2. Cancellation Confirmation: We will process the cancellation and send you a confirmation email. If your payment has already been made, we will refund it as per our refund policy.

2.3 Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is confirmed before shipment:

  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund, including product price and shipping charges (if applicable), within 7-10 business days after confirmation.

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

At MOSKEYS, we take quality seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation, and we will bear the return shipping costs.
